Ross Township neighborhood and another roof being updated by My Pittsburgh roofing. This roof had a major ventilation issue and the entire roof had to be replaced with new plywood. We used 7/16” OSB sheeting with H-clips for new decking but had to update the ventilation. New soffit vents were cut open and the ridge vent installed for balanced attic ventilation. The roof looks great and GAF HDZ roofing in Barkwood color will protect this house for many years to come.
